How do I record a product decision and review it later?
With “Record decision” on the product page or on a card in “Decide today”. The decision goes to Peak Log, with today's evidence and a review date. When the date comes, choose “Review now” and enter the outcome.
- Choose “Record decision”.
- Choose the type (for example Scale, Review price, Phase out), then fill in “What are you deciding?”, “Why”, “What do you expect?” and “Review on”.
- Click “Save decision”.
- Later, choose “Review now” or “Enter outcome”: Met, Partly, Missed or Too early, plus what happened and what you take away.
