In addition to the legally required details, we need the purchase order or contract number and the name of your contact person at Peak Atlas. That lets us match and approve the invoice without asking back.

How do I become a supplier, freelancer or agency for Peak Atlas?

Create a request with the topic “Suppliers & service providers” and briefly describe your services, references and terms. A supplier area with onboarding is in preparation.

Which company should I address my invoice to?

To the company that commissioned you. It is named in the purchase order or contract. The parent company is Peak Atlas Group AG, Eichhornstraße 5, 97070 Würzburg. If you're unsure, ask before issuing the invoice. We have to send back an invoice that is addressed incorrectly.

When will my invoice be paid?

The payment term is stated in your purchase order or contract. If it has passed, create a request with the invoice number, date and amount. We'll then check the status of the approval.
