What do Scale, Hold, Improve and Phase-out candidate mean?

These are the states Peak derives from the evidence for each product: Scale, Hold, Improve, Validate, Review and Phase-out candidate. Each state names its reason. If the data isn't sufficient, Peak gives no state. If a product has a protective role, such as hero or entry product, “Phase-out candidate” becomes “Review”, together with the trade-off.
