How do I set the focus for the current phase?

Under “Focus”, you choose up to three initiatives. The order in which you click them is their rank. Without a focus, everything competes with everything else. Focus initiatives are never suggested as stop candidates.

  1. Open Peak Year → “Focus”.
  2. Under “Choose focus”, click up to three initiatives, most important first.
  3. Click “Apply focus”.
