How do I learn with Peak Academy?

The Academy has three areas. Under “Learn” you'll find thinking principles, courses and learning paths; under “Practice”, Skill Cards with review, labs, quizzes, scorecards, exercises and certifications; under “Progress” you see what has stuck and what you've already applied in your business. The start page suggests your next step every day, usually the cards that are due.

1. 01Open the Academy and choose the next step on the start page.
2. 02Rate each card with Again, Hard, Good or Easy.
3. 03Apply a principle to your business and write a note about it.

When does a Skill Card come back?

That depends on your rating. “Again” brings the card back at the end of the same round; “Hard”, “Good” and “Easy” push it further and further back, the more often in a row you got it right. Due cards from all decks are under Practice → Daily review. Whatever hasn't stuck yet you practice specifically with “Weak ones only”.

What counts as progress in the Academy?

Each type counts by its own logic, not by minutes read. A principle only counts as understood once you've rated it, and as applied once you've written a note about your business. A lab counts with every run and counts as transferred once you've related the result to your business. An exercise goes from submitted through feedback to accepted. Peak also shows whether you're mostly understanding, practicing or applying, so you see where things get stuck.

Why can't I request a review for my exercise?

You request a review in a company workspace, because someone from your company checks it. In your personal space there's nobody who could check it. Exercises that need a review only count as passed once it's accepted. AI feedback is just a draft and never approves anything.

2. 02Open the exercise, write your answer and click “Request review”.
3. 03You'll see the decision on the exercise as soon as someone has checked it.
