With “Record achievement”: one sentence on what you pulled off and, optionally, what it achieved. Before a salary review or performance conversation, you copy all achievements sorted by skill as text.

How do I see which skill I need for my next step?

Under “Direction and skills” you record your north-star role and rate up to 20 skills from 1 (beginner) to 5 (confident), both today and as a target. Peak sorts them by gap, largest first, and shows it in the overview as “Largest gap”. You work on a gap as a topic in Peak Learning; you create that topic there yourself.

    1. Open Peak Career → “Direction and skills”.
    2. Enter your north-star role and “By year”.
    3. Add skills and set “today” and “target”.
