Create your card: company, what you offer and to whom, what you're strong at and what you're currently looking for. After that, Peak Circle shows you three matching members every week, with the reason why you match. A contact request needs one sentence of context; if the person accepts, you're connected in Connect.
- Open Peak Circle and create your card.
- The network shows your three suggestions for the week, with the reason.
- “Get to know” opens the contact request: write why you should talk.
- Under Members you search specifically by experience, goal, focus and place.

Post a request: type (joint venture, referral, talent, co-launch, partner, advice), what you're looking for, what a good outcome would be and what you offer in return. Members whose card it matches see it at the top of their list and answer with one sentence of context. If you accept an answer, you're connected in Connect. Close the request with the outcome once you've found what you were looking for.
- Open Peak Circle → Requests → “New request”.
- Describe whom or what you're looking for and what you offer in return.
- Answers arrive in your Inbox; accept or kindly decline.
- Close the request with “Found” as soon as it has worked out.

1What do others see about me, and how is my impact calculated?Answer
Page to shareWhat do others see about me, and how is my impact calculated?
Others see your card and your contributions as facts: accepted contacts, supported requests, helpful answers, hosted meetups. Only you see your impact score (0 to 100) and your level. It's built from counted contributions with daily limits; identical contributions on the same day count less and less, older ones slowly fade, and confirmed reports subtract.
Errors & problems
1Why won't my contact request in the Circle go out?Troubleshooting
Page to shareWhy won't my contact request in the Circle go out?
A contact request needs your own Circle card and at least 20 characters on why the two of you should meet. There can be only one open request per person, and you can send at most ten requests a day. If the person accepts, you're both connected in Connect; after “Not now” nothing else happens.
- Create your Circle card under “Profile” if you don't have one yet.
- Open the member and click “Get to know”.
- Write one sentence on why you should talk, then click “Send request”.
- You can take back an open request with “Withdraw”.
