CRM Mini

Who to contact next: work through contacts as a queue, set the outcome and the next date.

  • CRM Mini says the contact already exists.Quick fix

CRM Mini says the contact already exists.

CRM Mini never silently creates duplicates. It checks email, then phone number, then name with company. Open the existing contact or deliberately create a second one. When importing, “Merge” only fills gaps; whatever you've already entered stays.

  • How do I get my contacts into CRM Mini?How-to

How do I get my contacts into CRM Mini?

With a CSV file, a pasted table or eight sample contacts. Peak recognizes the columns itself, shows before importing what's complete and what already exists, and spreads new contacts out at five per workday.

    1. Open CRM Mini and choose “Import contacts” (or More → Import contacts).
    2. Choose a CSV file or paste a table from Excel, Google Sheets or Notion. The first row needs column names such as Name, Company, Email.
    3. Check the preview: found, complete, need review. For duplicates, choose between “Merge” and “Skip”.
    4. Click “Import …”, then “Edit first contact”.

  • How do I work through my contacts in focus mode?How-to

How do I work through my contacts in focus mode?

“Start stack” on Today (or the V key) shows one contact per card. After the conversation, press 1 for Done and use a second key to choose when you'll follow up. The next card comes right away; saving happens in the background.

    1. Open a call, email or WhatsApp directly from the card.
    2. Optionally write a note: “What happened?”
    3. 1 Done · 2 Follow-up (reschedule without contact) · 3 Waiting · 4 Won · 5 Lost.
    4. After 1 or 2: choose “When next?” with 1–7, from Today to No follow-up. Enter saves your choice.
    5. Made a mistake? “Undo” in the notice at the bottom restores the contact.

    2. Enter a name or company, optionally email and phone.
    3. Under “When next?”, choose a time, e.g. “Today” or “Next week”, or “Date …” for an exact day.

  • Why is this contact at the top? How does CRM Mini sort?Answer

Why is this contact at the top? How does CRM Mini sort?

Without AI and always the same way: overdue first, then Today, 2–3 days, this week, next week, the rest. Within a group, whoever has gone longest without contact comes first, then the higher value, then the older entry. Overdue items simply land back in Today, without red warnings.

  • Are CRM Mini contacts the same as in Connect and Peak Work?Answer

Are CRM Mini contacts the same as in Connect and Peak Work?

Yes. CRM Mini doesn't have its own contact list: every contact is your contact in Connect, every next step is a task in Peak Work (also visible in Peak Day), and every conversation lands in the shared history that Sales Gym counts as well. If you change something in one place, it's changed everywhere. Private, as long as you don't share anything.

  • Why is there no “Follow-up” status?Answer

Why is there no “Follow-up” status?

Follow-up isn't a state, it's a next step with a date. The status says where a relationship stands (New, Contacted, Qualified, Meeting, Proposal, Decision, Won, Lost, Later). When you'll get in touch is set with “When next?”.

  • No one is left for today. How do I get to new contacts?Answer

No one is left for today. How do I get to new contacts?

If contacts don't have a next step yet, Today shows the “Schedule … new contacts” button. It puts up to five of them on today as calls. You check waiting contacts via “Review waiting”. Overdue items move back to the front on their own.

  • Why can't I change a contact in CRM Mini?Error message

Why can't I change a contact in CRM Mini?

Because someone on your team created it and shared it with you. Only the person who created a contact can change it. You can see it, call it or message it, but status and details stay with the person it belongs to.

  • CRM Mini won't accept my Excel file.Error message

CRM Mini won't accept my Excel file.

CRM Mini can't read Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) or Numbers directly yet. Save the table as CSV, or copy it and paste it into the “Or paste a table” field. A file can be about 2 MB at most, and each run handles up to 500 contacts.

  • Why doesn't CRM Mini find any contacts in my table?Error message

Why doesn't CRM Mini find any contacts in my table?

Usually the header row is missing. The first row must say what's in each column, e.g. Name, Company, Email, Phone. Rows without a name and without a company are skipped; incomplete email addresses are imported without the email.
