Where can I find templates from all apps?

Under Discover › Templates, the templates of all apps are in one place: processes, workflows, automations, forms, pages, documents, contracts, polls, goals, routines, boards and workspaces. Search in your own words or filter by task, type and app. “Use” opens the template in its app, usually already selected; you can change everything there. The order follows only your search, with no ratings or paid placements. ⌘K finds templates too.

Why do I see “Editors' picks” instead of recommendations for me?

  • My favorites in Discover are gone.Troubleshooting

My favorites in Discover are gone.

Discover currently stores favorites, lists and “Recently viewed” in your browser. So you won't see them in a different browser, on another device or in a private window, and clearing browser data deletes them too.

    1. Open Discover in the browser where you created the favorites.
    2. Check whether you're using a private window.
    3. Peak apps you save with ☆ also appear in your App Launcher favorites.
