Under Today you'll find the next workout from your plan. Start the full session or the minimum; the sets are prefilled with your last values. With “Done” you rate how hard it was. You log runs or other activities quickly via “Log activity”.

For each exercise, Progress shows the heaviest weight and an estimated one-rep max (1RM using Epley, from weight and reps). Weekly volume is weight times reps, or minutes for endurance. Everything is calculated from your entries; nothing you haven't entered is estimated.

Only you. Fitness stores your training log privately on your person and shares nothing with your team.

A workout you're logging lives only in this browser tab until you click “Save session”. If you reload the page, close the tab or switch devices, it's lost. Only “Save session” stores it; empty sets are left out.
- Start the session again under “Today”, or log it quickly via “Log activity” with a name and minutes.
- Enter sets or minutes and click “Save session” at the end.
- Wait until the top says “Saved · visible only to you” before you close the page.
