Who can see my health data in Health?

Only you. Medications, readings, checkups and the emergency card are stored as a private entry on your person. No team member, no admin and no other app reads them, and Peak shares nothing without your explicit approval.

  • How does Health work out how long my pack will last?Answer

How does Health work out how long my pack will last?

You enter once how many tablets you had on a given day. Peak subtracts every intake you tick off and divides the rest by your daily need. If it lasts seven days or less, the medication appears at the top under Reorder.

  • What is the cheat sheet for the doctor?Answer

What is the cheat sheet for the doctor?

Under Readings, Health summarizes what you've entered since your last appointment: current medications, the trend of your readings in one sentence, how consistently you took them and your open questions. You can show it on your phone. It doesn't replace a medical assessment.

  • Health shows “Not saved”. Is my entry lost?Troubleshooting

Health shows “Not saved”. Is my entry lost?

No. Your change is still on this device; it just hasn't reached Peak yet. Normally Health saves on its own shortly after your last entry. Next to “Not saved”, click “Try again”, and only close the page once it says “Saved · visible only to you”. The same applies to Fitness, Meals and Sleep & Recovery.

    1. Check your internet connection and click “Try again”.
    2. If it says “Too many entries …”, delete a few old readings and try again.
    3. If Health couldn't load your data when you opened it, it saves nothing so nothing gets overwritten. Reload the page in that case.
    4. If the top says “Example · nothing is saved”, you're in the demo. Leave it to create your own data.
