How do I add an appointment with my doctor or hairdresser?

With “+ Add appointment”: what and when are enough. You can also add what to bring, “free cancellation until (hours before)” and a booking number. Peak shows your next appointment with everything you need to bring and until when you can cancel free of charge.

    1. Open Appointments & Bookings.
    2. Click “+ Add appointment”.
    3. Enter what and when, optionally what to bring and the cancellation deadline.
    4. Click “Add appointment”.

  • How does Peak remind me of my next dentist appointment?How-to

How does Peak remind me of my next dentist appointment?

Add the provider under “Providers”, with phone, online booking link, address and a rhythm in months. Once the rhythm has passed since your last visit, the provider appears under “Due to book”, with “Call” and “Book online”. After an appointment, answer “Were you there?” with “Yes, done”; that resets the rhythm.

Frequently asked

  • Who can see my doctor's appointments?Answer

Who can see my doctor's appointments?

Only you. Peak stores appointments and providers as a private entry on your person. Your company cannot see them, not even as “Busy” in the calendar, because they are not in Peak Calendar.

  • Do my private appointments land in the calendar automatically? Not available yet

Do my private appointments land in the calendar automatically?

No. Appointments in Appointments & Bookings stay there; they are not added to Peak Calendar by themselves. “Add to calendar (.ics)” downloads an appointment as a file that opens in any calendar. Peak books nothing for you either; “Book online” opens your provider's link.
