In one sentence, such as “dentist Thu 3 pm 45 min” (typed in German), then “Add”. While you type, Peak shows day, time and duration and warns if the appointment overlaps another one. Without a time it becomes all-day; “jeden Montag” repeats it every Monday. The appointment becomes a personal event in Peak Calendar.
- Open Calendar under Personal.
- Type title, day, time and duration into the field.
- Check the preview below it, especially the overlap warning.
- Click “Add”.

Between 8 am and 8 pm, from now on, and only in windows of 30 minutes or more. A day without a free window of one hour is called “full”. Overlaps come first so you can resolve them. Under “Free time” you see every free window of the week; “‹ Previous” and “Next ›” switch weeks.

Those are appointments from your companies. They count against your free time, but the personal calendar shows no title and no location, only “Busy”, and an absence as “Away”. Your personal appointments show their title. In the other direction, your company cannot see your personal appointments.

In Peak Calendar. Clicking an appointment opens it there on the right day. Editing, deleting, recurrence and the Google connection live in Peak Calendar; the personal calendar only shows the week and the free windows.
