How do I add a person in Contacts?

With a name, an optional birthday and a circle: Closest, Friends or Further away. The person lands in your contacts in Peak Connect. People who are already in Connect are assigned a circle under “Circles”.

How does Contacts know who I should get in touch with?

From the circle: Closest every two weeks, Friends monthly, Further away once a year. Whoever is due by that rhythm is listed under “Due today”, closest first. “Got in touch” (message, call or met) counts the contact and restarts the rhythm. People without a circle do not appear there.

  • Are my personal contacts and gift ideas private?Answer

Are my personal contacts and gift ideas private?

Yes. Contacts are your contacts in Peak Connect, the same record as in Connect and Peak PRM, and as private as there. Gift ideas are stored as a private entry on your person; only you see them. Peak never messages anyone or sends greetings on your behalf.

Can I import birthdays from my phone book?

Not yet. There is no import from a phone book or vCard. You enter the birthday when adding a person or under “Circles”. After that you see every birthday in the next 30 days along with your gift ideas.
