Type into the field “What's on your mind?” and press Enter. Shift+Enter starts a new line. The first line becomes the title; no folders needed. A #word in the text becomes a tag you can filter by later.

Use the search field: Peak searches titles and text. Below the field you can filter by #tags. Pin up to three notes to the top with “Pin”, and under “From earlier” a different note older than two weeks comes back every day.

They are private notes in Peak Docs, the same ones as in the Docs notepad. Only you can see them, even while a company is open. Plain notes are edited right in Notes; formatted ones open with “Open in Docs”. “As task” creates a task in the Tasks & Today inbox.

Folders are left out on purpose; search and #tags are enough. Notes itself has no delete or archive; you do that, and formatting, in Peak Docs.
