Where do I find my personal area in Peak One?

Under Peak Personal, reachable from the app launcher or ⌘K (search “Personal”). It lists all personal apps sorted by rhythm: every day, several times a week, monthly and when something comes up. Click a tile to open the app.

Can my company see what I enter in the personal apps?

No. Personal data belongs to you, never to a company. The area always runs in your personal space (“me”): if you open it from a company, Peak redirects you there. Lists, trips, appointments and gift ideas are private entries on your person; tasks and calendar events are your own, without a company. Owners and admins of your company cannot see them either.

My change in a personal app was not saved. What should I do?

The apps save a moment after every change and right away when you leave the tab. If that fails, the change stays on this device and you can try again. In the demo (sample data) nothing is ever saved. If a document gets too large, clear out old entries.

1. 01Check whether a demo notice is shown at the top. If so, end the demo.
2. 02Check that you are signed in.
3. 03Try again after a moment, without reloading the page.
4. 04If you see “That's too much at once”, delete finished or old entries.

Can I share personal lists with family or my partner?

Not in the personal apps yet. Shopping list, trips, get-togethers and journal are only for you. Shared tasks and appointments for a family, couple or flatshare are created in Peak Together, where you share them in a joint space.
