In Peak Mail under “Audiences” you'll find all contacts from Peak CRM that have an email address. On a contact you click “Change”, choose “Subscribed” and enter the wording of the consent or where the proof is kept. Without proof, Peak doesn't save a subscription. Every change is kept as an earlier version.
- Open Peak Mail, then “Audiences”.
- Find the contact and click “Change”.
- Choose “Subscribed” and where the consent comes from.
- Enter the wording or the proof and save.

Under “Newsletters” you create a new one, choose the audience and build the content from heading, text, button and image. On the right you see the preview and what's still missing. After saving, you send it to yourself with “Test to me”; then an owner or admin approves it.
- Open Peak Mail, then “Newsletters”.
- Click “New newsletter” and enter name, audience and subject.
- Build the content from blocks and save.
- Click “Test to me” and check the email in your inbox.
- An owner or admin clicks “Approve”.

Frequently asked
1Does Peak Mail send my newsletters to customers?Answer
Page to shareDoes Peak Mail send my newsletters to customers?
Yes, but only after a test and an approval. First you send the newsletter to yourself with “Test to me”. Then an owner or admin approves it. Peak sends it only to contacts with confirmed email consent and checks unsubscribes, bounces, complaints and “do not contact” again at send time. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Errors & problems
1Why can't I approve my newsletter or send myself a test?Error message

Before approval, the newsletter must have gone once to your own address with “Test to me”. Only owners and admins may approve. If no test arrives, your account is missing an email address or email sending isn't set up in Peak yet; in that case nothing was sent.
- Open the newsletter under “Newsletters” and save it.
- Click “Test to me” and check your inbox.
- Ask an owner or admin to click “Approve”.
