2How do I set up categories and dues in Peak Members?How-to

In the settings you create each membership type with annual dues, a cycle (yearly, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly) and optionally an admission fee. From that, Peak calculates what's due for each member: pro rata from the month they joined, up to when they leave and without paused months. Only owners and admins can change this.
- Open Peak Members and choose “Settings”.
- Create a category, annual dues and cycle.
- Choose the month in which the annual dues are due, and save.

Under “Members” → “New member or application”. A name and a category are enough; Peak suggests the membership number. Dues count from the joining date. If you want to decide later, record an application: it isn't a member yet and owes no dues until you choose “Admit”. Without a category in the settings it doesn't work.
- Under Settings, create at least one category with annual dues (0 € is allowed).
- Open “Members” → “New member or application”.
- Enter name, category and joining date; email, date of birth, individual dues and payment method are optional.
- For an application, tick “Record as application first” and admit it later with “Admit”.

2How do I see which dues are outstanding?Answer
Page to shareHow do I see which dues are outstanding?
“Dues” lists what was due up to today and hasn't been recorded as a payment, with the largest arrears per member first. Peak doesn't collect money or send reminders: once a payment has arrived, you record it with one click. Owners and admins correct a payment that was recorded by mistake.

You record a notice with the date received and the leaving date; until then the member stays on the roll and pays. Once the date is reached, the overview reminds you to record it. Leaving is final; rejoining becomes a new membership. Paused months are free of dues, and the member still counts toward the roll.
