How does Peak Money calculate “free per day”?

Peak counts what's still available in your pots for this month (overspent pots don't count) and divides it by the days until the end of the month, today included. Money without a job doesn't count until you assign it to a pot.

No. Peak Money only uses your personal money plan, never the workspace of a company you're a member of. Nobody else sees it.

My balance in Peak Money doesn't match my bank.

Reconcile the account with “Reconcile balance”: enter the date and the booked balance from your bank. Peak doesn't correct anything automatically. If the balance differs, usually a transaction is missing or one is still pending. Record the missing transaction, confirm pending ones, then reconcile again.

    1. Open Peak Money → “Plan” and find “Reconcile balance”.
    2. Choose the account and date and enter the confirmed booked balance.
    3. Click “Review change” and then “Save for good”.
    4. If Peak reports a difference, record the missing transaction with “Record transaction”, or confirm pending ones in the list with “Confirm transaction”.
