  • How do I build an offer with Peak Offer?How-to

How do I build an offer with Peak Offer?

Setup takes two minutes: type, target customer, problem, outcome and a first price. Peak then shows the three biggest gaps. In Build you work through four levels, and every entry is saved immediately.

    1. Open Peak Offer and choose “Develop new offer” or “Analyze existing offer”.
    2. Answer the five setup questions. You can skip the price.
    3. Read the first diagnosis and click “Fix #1”.
    4. Work through the sections in Build. The dot on the left shows how strong a section's content is.

  • How do I back up an assumption and test my offer?How-to

How do I back up an assumption and test my offer?

In Validate you attach evidence to one of the six critical assumptions (market, pain, trigger, willingness to pay, mechanism, outcome) and rate its strength from 0 (assumption) to 5 (repeat purchases). You plan tests from the suggestion or freely. When you complete a test, Peak saves a new version and asks for the learning.

  • How do I save a snapshot of my offer and compare two versions?How-to

How do I save a snapshot of my offer and compare two versions?

Under “History”, you can save a version at any time. Peak also creates versions itself: when setup is completed, on status changes and after completed tests. Once there are two versions, you place two side by side and see the differences and the scores.

    1. Open Peak Offer → “History”.
    2. Under “Save snapshot”, you see what has changed since the last version. Optionally write a summary under “What changed?”.
    3. Click “Save version” or “As new major version”.
    4. Under “Two versions side by side”, choose the versions you want to compare at “From” and “To”.

  • How do I export or share my offer?How-to

How do I export or share my offer?

The “Offer Pack” contains your whole offer in 14 tabs, from “Executive Offer” to “Evidence”. At the top, you copy it as text, download it as a Markdown file or print it as a PDF. The export is just a copy; the offer itself lives on in Peak Offer.

    1. Open Peak Offer → “Offer Pack”.
    2. Choose “Copy as text”, “Download as Markdown” or “Print / PDF”.
    3. If the browser blocks copying, use “Download as Markdown”.

An offer is archived, not permanently deleted. It disappears from Peak Offer, and its history is kept.

    1. Select the offer in the selector at the top.
    2. Open “History” and scroll all the way down.
    3. Click “Archive offer” and confirm.

How do I turn a test into a task?

    1. Open “Validate” and expand the test.
    2. Click “As a task in Peak Work”.
    3. Work through the task in Peak Work.

  • What do Quality, Evidence, Validation and Confidence mean?Answer

What do Quality, Evidence, Validation and Confidence mean?

Quality rates how clear and concrete the offer is, meaning the content, not filled-in fields. Evidence measures how well the six critical assumptions are backed up. Validation counts real market signals from interviews, sales calls, tests and purchases. Confidence combines all three and is never more than 30 points above Validation. All values are framework heuristics, not industry benchmarks.

  • Can I try Peak Offer before creating my own offer?Answer

Can I try Peak Offer before creating my own offer?

Yes. “View demo with sample offer” opens the synthetic offer of a fictional agency. None of it is real clients or numbers, and nothing is saved to your account. “End demo” in the notice at the top takes you back to your own offers.

  • Why can't I set the status to “Ready to test” or “Validated”?Troubleshooting

Why can't I set the status to “Ready to test” or “Validated”?

These statuses have fixed conditions. “Ready to test” requires a target customer, core pain, a measurable outcome, an explained mechanism, a price and at least one planned test. “Validated” additionally requires backed assumptions, two completed tests, a purchase or behavior signal and documented learnings. The diagnosis shows what's missing.

  • “First choose a result: confirmed, refuted or unclear.” What do I need to do?Error message

“First choose a result: confirmed, refuted or unclear.” What do I need to do?

A test can only be completed once you've chosen a “Conclusion”. Then, when completing, Peak automatically saves a new version and asks for the learning.

    1. Open “Validate” and expand the test.
    2. Under “Result in numbers”, enter what you observed.
    3. Under “Conclusion”, choose a result.
    4. Click “Complete test” and record what you learned under “Learnings”.

  • “Saving didn't work. Your input is safe in this browser.” What now?Error message

“Saving didn't work. Your input is safe in this browser.” What now?

Peak Offer saves every entry immediately, first in the browser and then to your account. If the connection to your account failed, everything stays in the browser. Next to the status at the top there's “Try again”; it transfers the changes as soon as the connection is back.

    1. Leave the tab open and check your internet connection.
    2. Click “Try again” at the top.
    3. If it still doesn't work, write to support@peak-atlas.com.

  • Does Peak Offer write my copy with AI?Not available yet

Does Peak Offer write my copy with AI?

No. The one-liner suggestion, positioning, pitches and Offer Pack are assembled from your own input. If something is missing, there's a gap in [brackets], never an invented number, quote or proof. Ask Peak as analyst and challenger is coming later.

  • Can I use Peak Offer without an account? Not available yet

Can I use Peak Offer without an account?

No, not yet. Peak Offer requires sign-in because every offer is saved to your account. A draft without sign-in that carries over when you register is planned but not built. You can view the demo at any time after signing in.
