In Peak Papers choose a file, the area of life and, if it expires, the expiry date. Photos and scans work just like PDFs, up to 4 MB per upload.

    1. Open Peak Papers.
    2. Under “File”, choose the file and the area of life.
    3. Enter an expiry date if there is one.

When does Peak warn me about an expiry?

As soon as a document with an expiry date expires in 60 days or less, it appears at the top of the overview. From there you plan the renewal as a case in Peak Life Admin.

    Who can see my documents?

Only you. The files are in your personal workspace, separate from any company, and only open via a link that's valid for five minutes.

  • Why won't Peak Papers upload my file?Troubleshooting

Why won't Peak Papers upload my file?

Usually the file is too large. One upload may be up to 4 MB in total, and Peak takes at most ten files per upload. PDFs, photos and scans as well as Word, OpenDocument and text files are allowed. If the same file is already in your archive, Peak doesn't store it twice and tells you so.

    1. Shrink large scans or photos, for example as a PDF at a lower resolution.
    2. Upload several large files one by one instead of together.
    3. Choose a life area and click “File it”.
