  • How do I get my first proof into Peak Proof?How-to

How do I get my first proof into Peak Proof?

Under Capture, paste what customers have already said (email, chat, call notes, review), upload a screenshot or import a CSV. Peak Proof recognizes numbers, time periods and qualifiers such as “around” and files the proof for review. With “+ Request proof”, you ask a customer directly, with a question that's easy to answer.

    1. Open Peak Proof › Capture.
    2. Under “Add proof”, paste a statement or import a CSV.
    3. Review the proof under “Newly received” and approve the content.

    1. Open Peak Proof › Activate.
    2. Create a placement or a proof pack.
    3. Choose proof, check the preview and copy the link or embed code.

  • How do I ask a client for a specific piece of proof?How-to

How do I ask a client for a specific piece of proof?

With “+ Request proof”. You choose how to ask, whom, and which claim the proof should support. The client sees their answer beforehand and decides for themselves where it may be shown.

    1. Under “How to ask?”, choose: One question, Guided testimonial, Confirm result, Video testimonial, Case study, Reference or Get approval.
    2. Choose “One person” (personal link, valid for 30 days) or “Open link” for many responses, for example on your website.
    3. Optional: claim, channels and a personal message.
    4. Click “Create link” and “Copy link”. If email sending is set up, the request goes out in your name with “Send request”.

  • How do I see which claims are backed up and which aren't?How-to

How do I see which claims are backed up and which aren't?

Under Manage → Claims & objections. You write down what you promise prospects and which objections you hear. For each claim, Peak Proof shows the coverage, the strongest proof and the quality. If proof is missing, “Find clients to ask” helps.

    1. Open Manage → Claims & objections.
    2. Choose “New claim”, enter the claim or objection and set the priority.
    3. Assign proof in the proof itself under “Supports these claims”.

  • How do I delete a piece of proof?How-to

How do I delete a piece of proof?

You can only delete proof that hasn't been approved yet: under “Next steps” with “Delete”, and the original is lost. You retire approved proof with “Retire”. It's then no longer shown anywhere and is kept as a record.

  • Does my customer need an account to reply?Answer

Does my customer need an account to reply?

No. The customer gets a link, answers one or a few questions by text, voice message or video right in the browser, and sees their answer before it goes out. They decide explicitly where it may be shown and whether their name, role or company appears with it. Through the same link, they can withdraw their consent at any time.

  • Where may I show a piece of proof?Answer

Where may I show a piece of proof?

Under “Trust”, every piece of proof says in one sentence what it's approved for: channels (website, offers, social media, advertising …), details about the person and until when. On placements and in proof packs, Peak Proof shows only what is approved for exactly that channel, not expired, not withdrawn and not outdated. Publicly visible doesn't mean free for advertising.

  • What do the proof quality score and evidence level mean?Answer

What do the proof quality score and evidence level mean?

The score (0–100) is a working aid: specificity, outcome, origin, who is speaking, audience, fit with a claim, recency, consent and media. Separately, the evidence level L0–L5 says how robust the proof is: from general praise (L0) through a quantified result (L3) to independently verifiable (L5). Both are recalculated on every load and never shown publicly. “How to make it stronger” lists what's missing.

  • What happens when a client withdraws their approval?Answer

What happens when a client withdraws their approval?

The proof immediately stops appearing anywhere, on any website or in any Proof Pack. The client withdraws via their link, or you record it under “Trust” with “Record withdrawal”. If it's still scheduled in a placement, it appears under Activate with “Approval withdrawn · still scheduled” until you remove it. You have to replace your own copies in slides, PDFs or ads yourself.

  • Why is a piece of proof marked “Review soon” or “Outdated”?Answer

Why is a piece of proof marked “Review soon” or “Outdated”?

Proof ages. Numbers and case studies become “Review soon” after 9 months and “Outdated” after 24 months; testimonials without a number after 18 and 36 months. Peak Proof no longer shows outdated proof anywhere. “As a task: get it reconfirmed” creates a task for it in Peak Work.

  • Peak Proof reports a “Possible duplicate”. What do I do?Answer

Peak Proof reports a “Possible duplicate”. What do I do?

Two pieces of proof look the same, for example the same statement from an email and a review. On the right one, choose “Keep this as primary”. Nothing is silently deleted: the other one is retired and points here, and both sources are kept.

  • Why isn't Peak Proof comparing my proof yet?Answer

Why isn't Peak Proof comparing my proof yet?

For a comparison, Peak Proof needs at least 200 views per piece of proof. Below that, it says “(little data)”. Activate shows views, clicks and click-through rate per placement and proof under “Performance · 90 days”. That's an observation, not a cause.

  • Does Peak Proof rewrite customer statements or make them up?Not available yet

Does Peak Proof rewrite customer statements or make them up?

No. Peak Proof structures but doesn't invent: the original is stored unchanged. Shortened versions mark every omission with “…”, and a check flags when a number isn't in the original or when “around” or a time period is missing. Every changed version goes back for review, and every asset stays linked to its proof.
