How do I put a book or an article on my list?

Write the title in Peak Reading under “Stack” and optionally who recommended it. You save articles with their link. An entry can be marked “Up next”.

  • How do I set my reading goal?How-to

How do I set my reading goal?

At the bottom under “Read”, enter “Minutes per week” (default 150) and “Books per year” (default 12). The minutes come from the reading times you logged, Monday to Sunday. The yearly goal only counts books you marked as read in this calendar year, not articles; Peak shows how many it would be by now at an even pace.

    1. Open Peak Reading and scroll to “Read”.
    2. Enter “Minutes per week” and “Books per year”; it's saved when you leave the field.
    3. After reading, log your minutes with “Log reading”.

Why does Peak Reading ask for three ideas at the end?

Because otherwise you quickly forget what you've read. The three most important ideas of a book stay with you, and every day one of them comes back as the “Idea of the day”.

  • Can I stop reading a book?Answer

Can I stop reading a book?

Yes. “Stopped” is a valid ending, ideally with a short reason. That leaves room for books that really interest you right now; you read at most three at the same time.
