Under “Patterns”, in “Recent nights”, with “+ Add a past night”. You pick the morning the night ended and enter bedtime, wake time and recovery. If that morning already has an entry, Peak opens it for editing instead of creating a second one. “Today” shows the same list once last night is logged.
- Open Sleep & Recovery and switch to “Patterns”.
- In “Recent nights”, click “+ Add a past night”.
- Under “Morning after the night”, pick the day you woke up and click “Next”.
- Enter “To bed”, “Got up” and your recovery, then click “Save”.

In the morning, Today shows the card for last night: bedtime and wake-up time are prefilled with last night's values, plus recovery from 1 to 5 and optional markers like late coffee or exercise. It takes less than ten seconds.

From your wake-up time (or your wake-up goal) minus your sleep goal. The evening routine starts 30 minutes before. How the time is worked out is shown right below it.

Peak compares your recovery on nights with and without a marker, as soon as there are enough nights on both sides, and states the number of nights. It's an observation, not a cause and not a medical statement.
