In Peak Work, you pick up to three of your open tasks that matter this week. They then appear at the top of Home.

    1. Open Peak Work.
    2. If something is missing, enter it under “Missing something? Add it” (up to 160 characters) and choose “Add”.
    3. Tap the tasks in order of importance, up to three.
    4. Choose “Set my Next 3”. Everything else is listed under “Up next”.

How do I change my Next 3 during the week?

With “Rethink Next 3” in Peak Work. Check off finished items with “Mark as done”. That applies everywhere, including Board and Day. Once all three are done, Peak Work says “All three done.”

Where do I create goals, milestones and routines?

You create goals and milestones in Peak Goals and routines in Peak Habit. Both use the same tasks as Board and Day, not a second list. The roadmap under Work still shows sample data.

  • Are the tasks in Work, Board and Day the same?Answer

Are the tasks in Work, Board and Day the same?

Yes. A task exists exactly once in Peak. If you check it off in Day, it's done on the board and disappears from your Next 3. Nothing needs to be synced.

What happens to tasks that aren't in my Next 3?

Nothing gets lost. All other open tasks are in Peak Work under “Up next”. When one of the three is done, you pick the next one from there.

  • Why can't I select a fourth task?Answer

    Why can't I select a fourth task?

Next 3 means three at most. Once three are selected, no more can be tapped. Tap a selected task again to deselect it, and there's room again.

Where does a task I add in Peak Work end up?

In the inbox of your “My day” board. It's the same task as in Board, Day and Peak Task. If you haven't picked three yet, it goes straight into your selection.

  • Do my Next 3 still apply next week?Answer

Do my Next 3 still apply next week?

They apply to the week you set them in, starting Monday. In the new week they stay in place, but Home asks whether you want to keep them. You confirm them there or choose new ones in Peak Work.

  • I stopped selecting my Next 3. Is my selection gone?Answer

I stopped selecting my Next 3. Is my selection gone?

No. Peak remembers what you've already tapped. When you open Peak Work again, you continue with that selection, as long as the tasks are still open. “Continue later” is always allowed.

Peak Work shows “Pick at least one priority.” or “Give it a short name.”

“Pick at least one priority.” means at least one task must be selected to save. “Give it a short name.” means the field for a new task is empty. With “Something went wrong”, your input is safe; try again.

Can I import or sync my Trello boards?

Not yet. You can connect your Trello account under Integrations, but cards are not carried over yet. The plan: cards become tasks in Peak Board and lists become statuses, without a second task list.
