How do I create a commitment in Peak Accountability?

Via “New commitment”. Write the commitment in one sentence; Peak recognizes the deadline and type. Then you set how you'll know it's done, who keeps you on track, which evidence counts and when you'll work on it.

  1. “Pricing page finished by Thursday 4 pm” → deadline and a suggested definition of done.
  2. “Win 5 customers” is an outcome you can't guarantee: Peak suggests actions you can commit to.
  3. With a block in Peak Calendar and a person who keeps you on track, the commitment is protected.
