Why can't I hand out or retire a device?
A device can only be with one person at a time. If it's still handed out, take it back first; only then can you hand it out again or retire it. A retired device can't be handed out until you bring it back with “Back in service”. Devices are only handed out to people of this company.
- Open the device in the register.
- Click “Take back” and enter date and condition.
- Then hand it out again or choose “Retire”.
