How do I record a decision?

Open the decision card under Decisions and choose “Record decision”. What was decided, why, the alternatives, the expectation and the review date are saved as a decision in Peak Log. The derived card then disappears, and the review shows up on the chosen date under Decisions · Reviews.

  1. Open Decisions.
  2. Choose “Record decision” on the card.
  3. Enter what was decided and when you'll look at it again.
