Open the decision card under Decisions and choose “Record decision”. What was decided, why, the alternatives, the expectation and the review date are saved as a decision in Peak Log. The derived card then disappears, and the review shows up on the chosen date under Decisions · Reviews.
- Open Decisions.
- Choose “Record decision” on the card.
- Enter what was decided and when you'll look at it again.

- Open Plan → Scenarios.
- Set the assumptions under “Build scenario”.
- Click “Calculate”.

Frequently asked
3Where does the brief in Peak Command come from?Answer
Page to shareWhere does the brief in Peak Command come from?
From the Peak products that already know: Peak Radar (what deserves attention), Peak Constraints (the bottleneck), Peak Goals and Peak Year (goals, North Star, initiatives), Peak Log (decisions), Peak Work (blockers), Peak Plan (capacity), Peak Finance and Peak Products. Command doesn't re-score or store anything: every line names its product and links to it. “Data basis” shows which source is current, stale or not yet available.
Why are exactly these three items at the top?Answer
Page to shareWhy are exactly these three items at the top?
The order follows fixed tiers, not a hidden score: critical items first, then strategic decisions, then whatever affects strategy or focus, then the rest. Within a tier, the stated impact counts first, then urgency, then certainty. Below each item you see which rule put it there. Critical items outside the top 3 are never hidden.
Where do I find what in Peak Command?Answer

Four areas: Today with the brief and the review; Goals with North Star, goals and goal reviews; Plan with initiatives, roadmap and scenarios; Decisions with open decisions, reviews and memory. Command reads from the Peak products and takes you to the product where you change something.

The North Star is set in Peak Year; Command only reads it. Set it there, and it appears under Goals → North Star.
- Open Goals in Command.
- Choose “Set in Peak Year”.
- Enter the North Star in Peak Year and save.
- Back in Command: Goals shows it with actual and target.

Page to shareWhat do “Stale”, “Other space” and “Not readable” mean for the sources in Command?
Each source has a state: Current, Stale, Partial, No data yet, Not readable, Other space or Not yet available. “Other space” means you're not in the company that's active in Settings. “No data yet” means there's nothing in the product yet. Command never shows a zero in that case.
- Check whether the right company is active in Settings.
- Open the source marked “No data yet” and create something there.
- For “Not readable”, reload the page. If it persists, report it to support.
