How do I record a conversation or meeting with a person?
On the person's page with “Log contact”. You choose what happened, for example meeting, phone call, message or coffee, the date and optionally a private note. “Last contact” counts from that date; notes and planned follow-ups don't count as contact.
- Open the person under People.
- Choose “Log contact”.
- Choose type and date; the note is optional.
- For a reminder, choose “Plan follow-up” and a date.
