How do I record a conversation or meeting with a person?

    1. Open the person under People.
    2. Choose “Log contact”.
    3. Choose type and date; the note is optional.
    4. For a reminder, choose “Plan follow-up” and a date.

    2. Under “Warm path”, see who the path runs through.
    3. Click “Copy intro request”, review it and send it yourself.

  • What is Connect, and who can see my contacts?Answer

What is Connect, and who can see my contacts?

Connect is your personal network of relationships: people, companies, events and the context around them. Everything is private until you share it. Integrations such as Shopify or Slack don't belong here; you'll find them under Settings → Integrations.

  • Why is Connect suggesting this person to me?Answer

Why is Connect suggesting this person to me?

Every recommendation explains itself, for example “haven't talked in a while” or “shared event”. Search in plain language (“Who haven't I talked to in a long time?”) follows fixed rules, not AI. If a suggestion doesn't fit, hide it.

  • Where does relationship strength come from, and can I change it?Answer

Where does relationship strength come from, and can I change it?

As long as you don't set anything, Connect estimates the strength from contacts, events and favorites. Tap a level under “Strength” on the person's page, and yours applies. Tapping the same level again hands the estimate back to Peak.

  • What do the groups under “Relationship care” mean?Answer

What do the groups under “Relationship care” mean?

Connect sorts people by their last real contact. “Need attention”: important, but quiet for 90 days or more. “Dormant”: no contact for 180 days or more. “Recently active”: contact in the last 30 days. “New”: just added. “Strong”: strong relationships with nothing open. It's not a score, just a hint.

  • Where does the text for “Draft follow-up” and “Prepare meeting” come from?Answer

Where does the text for “Draft follow-up” and “Prepare meeting” come from?

Only from your entries in Connect, such as history, shared events and expertise. Peak never invents anything about a person and doesn't send anything. Review the draft and send it yourself.

  • Can I import contacts from Google, LinkedIn or a CRM?Not available yet

Can I import contacts from Google, LinkedIn or a CRM?

Not yet. You currently add people and events by hand. Importing from integrations comes later, as a match to the same people, not as a second contact list.
