On the “Bottleneck” page under “What if”. You choose a step, capacity or demand, and a new value. Peak shows throughput, contribution margin per month and which step limits afterward. Nothing is saved.

More demand doesn't increase throughput as long as there's a capacity bottleneck. It increases wait times and can burn money on advertising.
