How do I write a debrief after an event?
On the event page, you answer “Was it worth it?” from 1 to 5, “Goal achieved?” and “Go again?”, enter what came out of it, and note what you're taking away. After saving, the event shows as “Attended”, and Peak takes the debrief into account in future recommendations.
- Open the event under “My events”.
- Fill in the debrief, including “Actual time (h)”.
- Click “Save debrief”.
