How do I distribute the volume across my channels?

Under “Channels”, each channel gets a share of the meetings. Peak calculates from that how much activity each channel needs. If the distribution doesn't add up to 100%, Peak scales it up until you balance it.

1. 01Open “Channels” and choose “Add channel”: from a template or as a “Custom channel”.
2. 02Set the share and meeting rate for each channel. Cost per activity and capacity per week are optional.
3. 03Choose a distribution: “Balance to 100%”, “Distribute evenly”, “Low volume”, “Low cost” or “Respect capacity”.
4. 04“Low cost” needs a cost per activity, and “Respect capacity” needs a capacity per week.
