  • How do I plan my revenue goal with the Funnel Planner?How-to

How do I plan my revenue goal with the Funnel Planner?

You enter the goal, the period and the average deal value. Peak immediately calculates backwards how many customers, meetings and activities you need. Every step is saved, and you can stop at any time.

    1. Open the Funnel Planner and choose “Plan backwards”.
    2. Enter the revenue goal, period and deal value. Peak immediately shows how many customers that is.
    3. Choose a template (B2B, agency, SaaS, high-ticket) and check the rates. Templates are only starting values.
    4. Add channels: Peak calculates how much volume each channel needs.
    5. Set where each stage gets its actual values from, then “Finish plan”.

How do I enter my current status (actual values)?

With “Enter status” on the overview. Every number says where it comes from: set by you, from Peak One or from a tool. After that, the gap, forecast, bottleneck and daily target change immediately.

How do I delete my funnel plans?

In the Plan view, delete plans and actual values with “Delete permanently”, or archive a plan. Deleting can't be undone. The demo lives only in this browser and ends with “End demo”.

  • How do I plan the next period from my existing plan?How-to

How do I plan the next period from my existing plan?

Peak carries the plan with its target, channels and rates over to the following period. Actuals start empty. If you already have earlier periods, Peak uses the conversion rates from your history.

    1. Open the Funnel Planner.
    2. At the top, in the “Period” selector, choose “+ Next period from this plan”, or in the “Plan” menu, choose “Plan next period”.
    3. In the Plan view, check the target, deal value and rates.
    4. Use the “Period” selector to switch between your plans at any time.

  • How do I distribute the volume across my channels?How-to

How do I distribute the volume across my channels?

Under “Channels”, each channel gets a share of the meetings. Peak calculates from that how much activity each channel needs. If the distribution doesn't add up to 100%, Peak scales it up until you balance it.

    1. Open “Channels” and choose “Add channel”: from a template or as a “Custom channel”.
    2. Set the share and meeting rate for each channel. Cost per activity and capacity per week are optional.
    3. Choose a distribution: “Balance to 100%”, “Distribute evenly”, “Low volume”, “Low cost” or “Respect capacity”.
    4. “Low cost” needs a cost per activity, and “Respect capacity” needs a capacity per week.

  • How do I try the Funnel Planner with sample data?How-to

How do I try the Funnel Planner with sample data?

With the demo: a synthetic plan for a fictional agency. None of it is your numbers, and nothing is saved to your account. You can open the demo even without an account; it then runs only in this browser.

    1. Open the Funnel Planner and choose “Demo with sample plan” in the “Plan” menu, or “View demo” on the empty page.
    2. A notice at the top shows that you're in the demo.
    3. Use “End demo” to return to your own plan.

  • What happens with “Create as task in Work”?Answer

What happens with “Create as task in Work”?

Peak creates a perfectly normal task, the same one you see in Work, Board and Day, linked to your funnel goal. When you complete it there, the Funnel Planner shows “Done in Work”.

  • What do Best case and Worst case show in the Funnel Planner?Answer

What do Best case and Worst case show in the Funnel Planner?

In the Plan view under “Scenarios”, Peak calculates how many meetings, activities and customers you'd need if your rates go better or worse than planned. You set the range between ±5% and ±30%. The scenario doesn't change your plan.

  • What do I find under “Insights”?Answer

What do I find under “Insights”?

The bottleneck with its cause, “What helps most” (+1 percentage point on a rate or +100 activities in a channel), the recovery plan back to target, sorted by feasibility, and “What if” to work through a different pace without changing the plan. Plus all active hints, which you can hide individually, and the weekly review with a note and “Complete review”. One click turns the bottleneck or recovery plan into a task in Peak Work.

  • What does the “Tracking” view show?Answer

What does the “Tracking” view show?

For each metric: status, source, freshness and coverage, in other words where your real numbers come from. Plus data quality with open items, and the earlier snapshots of your actuals. Actuals are totals since the start of the period; every change stays in the history, and Peak uses it to calculate pace and the weekly review. You see the history from the second entry on.

  • Why doesn't the Funnel Planner show a bottleneck or forecast?Error message

Why doesn't the Funnel Planner show a bottleneck or forecast?

Peak only calculates with real numbers. Without actual values there is no bottleneck, and the forecast follows once actual values and a few working days are available. Enter your status, and Peak shows exactly one stage to work on.

  • What does “Saving didn't work. Your input is safe in this browser.” mean?Error message

What does “Saving didn't work. Your input is safe in this browser.” mean?

Peak couldn't save your plan or your actuals to your account just now. Your input is still in this browser. Click “Try again” next to the status at the top. Don't close the tab until the status shows “Private · visible only to you” again.

  • Why does it say “Your plan is still being built.” instead of my numbers?Error message

Why does it say “Your plan is still being built.” instead of my numbers?

You started the setup but haven't finished it with “Finish plan”. Everything so far is saved. “Continue setup” picks up where you left off. Tracking, Insights and Channels only appear once the plan is finished.

Can the Funnel Planner pull numbers from my CRM or Calendly automatically?

Not live yet. It takes new customers and revenue from Peak Client Portfolio and recognizes connected integrations as a source. Ongoing sync from Close, Calendly or Stripe and a CSV or CRM import come later. Until then, you enter your status by hand.
