How do I record an item along with its receipt?
With “+ Record item”: a name and purchase date are enough. As warranty Peak suggests 24 months (the statutory warranty in Germany); a longer manufacturer guarantee you enter yourself. “More details” adds room, brand, model, serial number, retailer, return deadline and next maintenance. Attach the receipt as a photo or file.
- Open Inventory and click “+ Record item”.
- Enter name, purchase date and price.
- Click “Save item”.
- Attach the receipt under “Receipts and photos”.
