How do I record a decision and review it later?
Under “Decisions”, click “+ Decision”: what was decided, why and what it relates to is enough. Expected outcome and review date are optional. When the review is due, the Inbox reminds you; you enter what actually happened and what you learn from it.
- Peak Log → Decisions → “+ Decision”.
- Enter the decision and the reason; optionally link a product, project or task.
- Optional: expected outcome and review date.
- On the review date: choose the outcome, note actual values and the learning.
