What does “Where clarity is missing” show?
Gaps in the structure, marked on the nodes of the org chart: errors (✕) before warnings (!). Peak checks whether every active employment has a primary manager and unit, whether units have an owner, whether a manager is inactive, whether there are cycles and whether spans of control fall outside the configured range. Open the case, check it in the chart and propose a change.
