AnswerPayroll

What's in the DATEV file?

The file is a LODAS ASCII import with movement data: hours for hourly wages, overtime paid out and one-off payments, each with personnel number, wage type and processing key. Fixed salaries and allowances are only included if you switch that on in the settings, because they usually sit in the master data at your tax advisor. Personnel numbers must have up to five digits for LODAS. Absences, joiners and leavers are in the payroll overview (CSV).
