Can I save a poll as a draft or copy it?
Yes. “Save as draft” in the composer creates it without anyone seeing it; you publish or delete it on its page. “Duplicate” under “Manage” creates a copy as a draft, for example for the next round. After the first vote, a poll's question and options stay as they are.

After the first vote, the question and options stay as they are: otherwise you'd change the meaning of votes already cast.
