How do I record a meeting or phone call in Peak PRM?
On the person's profile under “Log contact” or “History”. One entry is enough even for several people. Cadence and warmth are updated afterward.
- Open the person and choose “Log contact”.
- Choose what happened and set the date. A date in the future schedules the meeting.
- Optionally write a note. Notes are private, even if you share the contact.
- Optionally add more people under “Who else was there?”.
- Click “Log” (or “Schedule” for a future date).
