Who matters now, why, and the best next step: tier, rhythm, warmth, Focus 3, rooms and briefings on top of your Connect contacts.

  • How do I set up Peak PRM?How-to

How do I set up Peak PRM?

Setup takes about five minutes and can be resumed at any time: choose a goal, bring in contacts, then give the most important people a tier and cadence. Peak then shows the first briefing and the first action. The people are the same as in Connect.

    1. Open Peak PRM and choose “Set up in 5 minutes”.
    2. Choose what you want to nurture relationships for.
    3. Use contacts from Connect or import a vCard, CSV or LinkedIn file.
    4. For the most important people, accept or change the suggested tier and cadence.

  • How do I record a meeting or phone call in Peak PRM?How-to

How do I record a meeting or phone call in Peak PRM?

On the person's profile under “Log contact” or “History”. One entry is enough even for several people. Cadence and warmth are updated afterward.

    1. Open the person and choose “Log contact”.
    2. Choose what happened and set the date. A date in the future schedules the meeting.
    3. Optionally write a note. Notes are private, even if you share the contact.
    4. Optionally add more people under “Who else was there?”.
    5. Click “Log” (or “Schedule” for a future date).

  • How do I set the tier and cadence for a person?How-to

How do I set the tier and cadence for a person?

On the profile under “Tier · importance” and “Cadence”. Tiers go from S (inner circle) to D (low). Cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, as needed or “Custom …” in days, weeks or months. A real contact resets the cadence.

    1. Open the person.
    2. Under “Tier · importance”, choose S, A, B, C or D.
    3. Under “Cadence”, choose a preset or “Custom …”, e.g. every 6 weeks, then “Apply”.
    4. No time right now? “Pause” for 14, 30 or 90 days. The cadence stays; only the reminders rest.

  • How do I prepare for a meeting with Peak PRM?How-to

How do I prepare for a meeting with Peak PRM?

Open “Briefing” on the person's profile. In one minute it shows the relationship, last real contact, open promises, changes, recent notes, things in common, conversation anchors and the next step. Everything comes from your entries in Connect and your tasks in Peak Work; nothing is made up.

    1. Open the person.
    2. Choose “Briefing”.
    3. After the meeting, tap “Log after the meeting” and briefly note what came out of it.

  • How do I merge duplicate people in Peak PRM?How-to

How do I merge duplicate people in Peak PRM?

Under Agents → Data quality, possible duplicates are listed with evidence. The same email, phone number or LinkedIn count as certain; the same name only as a question. Nothing is merged without you.

    1. Open Agents and scroll to “Data quality”.
    2. On the pair, choose “Merge” and confirm with “Yes, merge into …”.
    3. History, connections and tasks go to the person who remains. The other is archived, not deleted.
    4. Not a duplicate? Choose “Not the same person” and the pair won't come back.

  • How does the weekly review in Peak PRM work?How-to

How does the weekly review in Peak PRM work?

Seven steps, five to ten minutes: what happened, which S and A people need attention, open promises, what's drifting, what's coming, your steps for next week, done. The steps you choose become tasks in Peak Work.

    1. Open “Weekly review”.
    2. Add what happened this week: one entry per meeting is enough.
    3. Check off open promises and look at drifting relationships.
    4. Choose steps for next week. They're created once in Peak Work, even if you click twice.

How do I archive or delete a person in Peak PRM?

    1. Open the person.
    2. At the bottom, expand “Archive or delete”.
    3. Choose “Archive”, or to delete, type the name and confirm “Delete”.

Frequently asked

5
  • Why is Peak PRM suggesting this person?Answer

Why is Peak PRM suggesting this person?

Every suggestion in Focus 3 and Next 7 states its “Why now”: a cadence that's due, an occasion, an open promise or an upcoming meeting. The rules are fixed, not AI. “Later” hides the suggestion for seven days, “Doesn't fit” permanently, and Peak learns from it.

  • Where do promises and follow-ups from Peak PRM end up?Answer

Where do promises and follow-ups from Peak PRM end up?

In Peak Work, as a regular task linked to the person. One commitment is exactly one task. When you log a meaningful contact, Peak also completes the check-in task that's due.

  • What does warmth (Hot, Warm, Cooling, Cold, Dormant) mean?Answer

What does warmth (Hot, Warm, Cooling, Cold, Dormant) mean?

Warmth says how long ago the last real contact was. With a cadence, it's measured against it: up to half the cadence is hot, up to the full cadence warm, up to one and a half times cooling, up to three times cold, and after that dormant. Without a cadence, fixed day thresholds apply. Without a recorded contact, Peak makes no statement.

  • What's the difference between a room and a circle?Answer

What's the difference between a room and a circle?

A circle says who belongs together, e.g. investors. Members inherit the circle's tier and cadence as long as they don't have their own. A room is a group you deliberately nurture, e.g. a dinner every quarter. A meeting logged in the room counts for everyone who was there.

    1. Open Rooms; for circles, choose the “Circles” tab.
    2. Click “+ New room” or “+ New circle”.
    3. Enter a name, optionally a purpose, default tier and cadence, and choose members.
    4. Click “Create room” or “Create circle”.

  • What do the agents in Peak PRM do, and what are they allowed to do?Answer

What do the agents in Peak PRM do, and what are they allowed to do?

The agents are fixed rules with one job each, e.g. relationship planner, cadence, meeting briefing, occasions or data quality. Under Agents, you set for each agent how far it may go: Off, Observe, Suggest, Draft or Execute with approval. None of them sends a message. What it created or completed appears in the “Log”.

Errors & problems

1
  • Why isn't importing my contacts file into Peak PRM working?Error message

Why isn't importing my contacts file into Peak PRM working?

Peak PRM reads vCard (.vcf) and CSV from Google, Outlook, Apple or LinkedIn. The file can be at most 3 MB and contain up to 1,000 contacts. Split larger lists. The same email, phone number or LinkedIn profile adds to existing contacts instead of creating duplicates.
