How do I record a rent payment that came in?

Under “Rents” → “Record payment”: lease, month, amount and date received. For each month, Peak takes the rent due minus your payments; paying too much in one month offsets too little in another. Rents are only recorded for started leases, and only what has already come in. Peak doesn't reconcile a bank account.

Open Peak Property → Rents.
Under “Record payment”, choose the lease and the month.
Enter amount, “Received on” and the method, then save.
Remove a wrong payment in the list with “Remove”.
