How do I add UTM parameters to a QR code?

When creating an editable code, turn on “Add UTM parameters” and fill in utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. Peak writes the values consistently in lowercase. Later, you change them on the code's page under “UTM · for your web analytics”.
