A signal has disappeared from the radar. Why?
Usually the data no longer shows the finding, or it belongs to a different company than the one active in Settings. Dismissed signals stay hidden until the situation changes. Signals under “Watch” are on resubmission, and weak ones sit quietly under “Emerging”.
- Under “Investigate”, check whether the signal is listed as “No longer active” or “Dismissed”.
- Check which company is active in Settings.
- Bring dismissed signals back with “Back on radar”.
