How do I refer someone for an open position?

Under “Referrals” you see the open positions. Choose one, enter the name and email or phone, and confirm that the person agrees. The referral is a regular application with the source “Employee referral”; you see how it progresses, but not the recruiting team's notes. If there's a bonus, it becomes due after the set waiting period and is suggested in Payroll as a one-off payment.

1. 01Open Peak Recruit → Referrals.
2. 02Choose the position and enter the contact details.
3. 03Confirm consent and send the referral.
