  • How do I create my first job?How-to

How do I create my first job?

Describe the job in one sentence, for example “We're looking for 3 electricians with a class B driver's license for Müller Elektro in Würzburg, full-time, 42–55k”. Peak recognizes the client, location, number, title, salary and criteria and shows what's still missing. You check and save.

    1. Open Peak Recruit → Campaigns → “New job”.
    2. Write the job in one sentence and choose “Create suggestion”.
    3. Check the criteria (required, preferred, exclusion) and form questions.
    4. Enter campaign terms or Meta form IDs so new leads are assigned automatically.

  • How do my Meta Lead Ads get into Peak Recruit?How-to

How do my Meta Lead Ads get into Peak Recruit?

Through the Windsor connection, never directly through Meta. Connect your ad account in Settings under Integrations, and Peak Recruit then syncs the leads from the last 30 days under “Sources”. Peak detects duplicate leads by lead ID and by email or phone number.

    1. Open Settings → Integrations and connect Meta Ads through Windsor.
    2. Open Peak Recruit → Sources.
    3. Choose “Sync leads now”.

  • How do I import applications from a CSV file?How-to

How do I import applications from a CSV file?

Under Peak Recruit → Sources → “CSV import”. Peak recognizes name (or first and last name), email, phone, place of residence, date, campaign, ad and form. All other columns are kept as answers. Importing the same file a second time doesn't create duplicates.

    1. Open Peak Recruit → Sources.
    2. Under “CSV import”, choose the file. Comma, semicolon and tab all work.
    3. Choose a job or leave “Assign by campaign” selected.
    4. Click “Import”. Peak reports how many applications are new and what it couldn't read.

  • How do I send applications from my own forms to Peak Recruit?How-to

How do I send applications from my own forms to Peak Recruit?

Via the webhook under Sources. You generate a key and send each application as JSON to the address shown, with the key in the “Authorization: Bearer …” header. Peak recognizes duplicates by the external ID and by email or phone number.

    1. Open Peak Recruit → Sources → “Webhook”.
    2. Click “Generate key” and copy it right away. Peak only stores a hash and won't show it again.
    3. Set up your form or tool following the example below the key.
    4. “Generate new key” replaces the old one immediately, and “Revoke” turns off access.

  • How do I hand over a candidate to my client?How-to

How do I hand over a candidate to my client?

On the application page with “Hand over to …”. You add your assessment for the client, and the candidate then appears as a short profile in the client portal. If the client doesn't have a portal link yet, you create one on the client.

    1. Open Candidates and the application.
    2. Check whether it's assigned to a job with a client.
    3. Write your assessment and click “Hand over to …”.
    4. If needed: Clients → client → “Create portal link”. The link is copied in the process.

  • How do I set up automations in Peak Recruit?How-to

How do I set up automations in Peak Recruit?

Under Rules → “Automations”. Each rule has a “When” (new application, stage changed, client decided), optional conditions such as job, source or match, and a “Then”: assign, create a task, notify someone in the inbox or set the stage. Peak never sends messages to candidates by itself.

    1. Open Peak Recruit → Rules.
    2. Under “Automations”, add a rule and give it a name.
    3. Choose “When”, the conditions and “Then”.
    4. Click “Save”. The check mark turns a rule on or off.

  • How do I refer someone for an open position?How-to

How do I refer someone for an open position?

Under “Referrals” you see the open positions. Choose one, enter the name and email or phone, and confirm that the person agrees. The referral is a regular application with the source “Employee referral”; you see how it progresses, but not the recruiting team's notes. If there's a bonus, it becomes due after the set waiting period and is suggested in Payroll as a one-off payment.

    1. Open Peak Recruit → Referrals.
    2. Choose the position and enter the contact details.
    3. Confirm consent and send the referral.

  • What does my client see in the portal?Answer

What does my client see in the portal?

Only the candidates you've handed over, as a short profile: criteria met, place of residence, availability, salary expectation and your note. No phone number, no email, no files. They decide with one click (interview, reject with a reason, ask a question), and you get the decision in your Inbox immediately. A new link locks the old one.

  • How is a “Strong match” determined?Answer

How is a “Strong match” determined?

Peak reads the answers from the form and your screening against the job's criteria. A strong match means: all required criteria met, no exclusion criterion. If a required criterion is still open, the match stays possible; if it's not met, the match becomes weak. Peak never rejects anyone automatically.

  • What deadlines (SLAs) are there in Peak Recruit, and where do I set them?Answer

What deadlines (SLAs) are there in Peak Recruit, and where do I set them?

Three clocks: first contact (default 30 minutes after receipt), client decision (12 hours after handover) and interview scheduling (24 hours after the client's approval). You change them under Rules → “Deadlines (SLA)”, and a job can have its own. Missed deadlines land in the “SLA missed” queue. The clock runs around the clock; Peak doesn't exclude business hours yet.

  • What do the lists under Candidates, such as “Call now”, mean?Answer

What do the lists under Candidates, such as “Call now”, mean?

Instead of one big kanban board, Peak sorts applications into work lists: “Call now”, “New and untouched”, “Missing information”, “Strong matches”, “Qualified today”, “Waiting for client”, “SLA missed”, “Interview today”, “No-shows”, “Re-engage” and “Without job”. An application moves to another list by itself as soon as its status changes.

  • Does Peak Recruit call or message candidates?Answer

Does Peak Recruit call or message candidates?

No. Call, WhatsApp and email open your phone or email program. Afterward, you record on the application what happened: choose the channel, make a short note, “Reached” or “Not reached”. After three attempts without a response, Peak suggests the talent pool.

  • Why can't I hand over a candidate (“Weak match”)?Error message

Why can't I hand over a candidate (“Weak match”)?

Peak doesn't hand over a weak match: at least one required criterion isn't met or an exclusion criterion applies. The reason is shown right after it. If the information is wrong, correct the screening on the application. If the candidate really doesn't fit, set the stage to “Not a fit”.
