How do I work through real contacts in a session?

Via the work queue: you choose contacts from Connect or create new ones, which then land as contacts in Connect. In the session, the lead panel shows one contact after another with Call, Email and “Open in Connect”. An outcome such as “Not reached”, “Reached” or “Meeting booked” goes onto the contact's timeline.

1. 01Gym → “Work through lead list”, or “Choose contacts” in the planner.
2. 02Select contacts or “Create in Connect”.
3. 03Start the session and tap the outcome in the “Lead” panel.
4. 04For a callback, “Create follow-up”: it becomes a task on “My day” in Board and Day.
