When you first open it, the Gym asks four short questions: your sales role, when you prefer to train, how many sessions per week you're aiming for, and then your first session starts. It lasts 10 minutes with a goal of 5 outreach. Every answer is saved immediately.
- Open Peak Sales Gym.
- Choose role, training time and sessions per week.
- Click “Start first session”.
- Count every real activity with a tap and complete the session.

Under Gym in five steps: workout, goals, duration, optionally a work queue with contacts, and “With whom” (Solo, With partner, Party, Open room). Then you start right away or choose “Schedule for later”. Set at least one goal: a session without a goal doesn't count for the league. Only one session runs at a time.
- Open Gym and choose “Start solo”, “Join the gym”, “Plan party” or “Work through lead list”.
- Choose a workout, check goals and duration.
- Optional: choose contacts and state your energy.
- Start or “Schedule for later”. “Repeat last” runs the last session again.

Via the work queue: you choose contacts from Connect or create new ones, which then land as contacts in Connect. In the session, the lead panel shows one contact after another with Call, Email and “Open in Connect”. An outcome such as “Not reached”, “Reached” or “Meeting booked” goes onto the contact's timeline.
- Gym → “Work through lead list”, or “Choose contacts” in the planner.
- Select contacts or “Create in Connect”.
- Start the session and tap the outcome in the “Lead” panel.
- For a callback, “Create follow-up”: it becomes a task on “My day” in Board and Day.

With a party: a shared start for up to 8 people, once or recurring (Mon–Fri, daily, weekly). Others join under “Scheduled slots” or on Home with “Join”. For something spontaneous, there's the open room, where anyone in the Gym can join with “Train along”. This requires a company with members; without a company, you train solo.
- Gym → “Plan party”.
- Choose workout, goals, duration and a name, plus “Repeat”.
- Choose “Schedule for later” and a start time.
- Your team sees the slot and joins.

Frequently asked
5How do I count calls, conversations and closes?Answer
Page to shareHow do I count calls, conversations and closes?
In the running session, with a tap on Outreach, Conversation, Proposal or Close, plus Message, Follow-up, Meeting booked and Call connected. “−” undoes the last count. Each activity exists once, centrally, in Peak One; whatever you enter in Connect during the session counts automatically. If you abort, the session doesn't count as training, but the activities stay.

Open GymWhen does a day count as a training day, and how does the streak work?Answer
Page to shareWhen does a day count as a training day, and how does the streak work?
A training day needs a completed session with at least one activity and 10 minutes, or with 5 activities. The streak counts consecutive workdays; Saturday and Sunday never break it and count as a bonus if you train. One shield per week protects a missed workday, and two missed workdays in a row end the streak.
How does the league work?Answer
Page to shareHow does the league work?
Each week (Monday to Sunday 11:59 pm), you collect up to 1,000 league points: consistency 350, goal attainment 300, execution 200, improvement against your own average 100, results 50. Execution is adjusted to your activity class, so full-time and one hour a day compete fairly. The top 25% with enough points move up, and the bottom 20% below the threshold move down. Anyone who doesn't train isn't ranked and keeps their league.

Page to shareHow do I earn XP and levels?
XP is permanent: call, message or follow-up 1, conversation or connected call 2, meeting or proposal 3, close 5, at most 4 XP per minute. A qualified session brings +5, all goals met +10, and in a party there's +5% per additional person. Titles rise from Starter through Consistent, Closer, Performer and Operator to Legend.
Who sees my numbers in Sales Gym?Answer
Page to shareWho sees my numbers in Sales Gym?
You set it in your profile under “Visibility in the Gym”: live status, goals and commitment, numbers in your profile and whether you appear in the ranking. Contacts, notes and blockers are never visible to anyone but you. Your accountability partner sees commitment, planned and trained days, streak and whether you're live. Coaches (the company's owners and admins) see numbers and signals in the coach cockpit, never contacts.

Errors & problems
1The mini window doesn't open. What should I do?Troubleshooting
Page to shareThe mini window doesn't open. What should I do?
The mini window needs a browser with Document Picture-in-Picture, such as Chrome or Edge. In other browsers it doesn't open, and the “Mini window” button is missing from the floating timer. The floating timer still runs on every page of Peak One outside the Gym, and you can keep counting there.
- Open the running session under Gym and click “Mini window” right there.
- Use Chrome or Edge if you need the window next to Connect or your inbox.
- Otherwise, work with the floating timer that appears on every Peak One page outside the Gym.
- For a notice at the end of the session: “Notify me when time is up” and allow browser notifications.
