What happens when I win a deal?
“Won & start onboarding” marks the company as a client, creates the project in Peak Board with the package's standard tasks, attaches call notes and the offer to the client and requests missing access. Client portal, kickoff email, meeting and folder follow your rules: anything that goes outside waits for confirmation or the approval of an owner or admin.
- Open the deal in the pipeline.
- Choose “Won & start onboarding”, then the package, the owner and the goal.
- Confirm or approve in the overview whatever is waiting for you.
- The project then appears under Delivery and in Peak Board.
